Direct Sales Role - Cloudforests

€28,000 - €30,000 per annum, pro rata
This is a part-time, hybrid role with flexible hours available for the right candidate. Cloudforests is a climate action company based in Donabate, North County Dublin. We are seeking a part-time outbound sales representative to raise sponsorship and funding for our school and community tree planting projects. This is an exciting time to join Cloudforests as we drive the Stepping Stone Forests project forward into a new phase of expansion across Dublin and beyond.
Responsibilities
Establish and develop a database of potential sponsors within a suitable range of our project locations.
Conduct outbound calls to promote the project and sell sponsorship packages.
Call on prospective clients to increase potential opportunities for sponsorship.
Acquire product knowledge to be able to sell, upsell, and/or cross sell products.
Ensure that all placed commitments are fulfilled.
Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the Cloudforest projects, products, offers, and operational knowledge.
Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
Utilise, maintain and continuously improve sales and communication techniques, knowledge of products/services/programming/prices/promotions, and technical skills.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times.
Provide suggestions to help develop sales pitches to sell, upsell and cross-sell products.
Requirements
Outbound sales and cold calling experience
Excellent spoken English
Excellent phone and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work on own initiative
