Change Is A Team Sport - Greyhound Recycling (CoolPartner 030) Celebrate St. Mary’s Day

The collection crew at Greyhound Recycling do meaningful work, collecting waste for nearly 1 million people in the Dublin area. A typical day starts at 5 am. Helpers were surprised this morning when a mobile coffee van joined the early shift to celebrate St Mary’s day and serve hot coffee and pastries.

Some members of the staff crew originate from Romania and Moldova, and taking the opportunity to celebrate St Mary’s Day - a national holiday in Romania – proved to be a great opportunity to recognise the good work of colleagues, promote togetherness and start the week on a ‘sweet’ note.

 Greyhound Recycling is a proud member of Guaranteed Irish and an advocate for promoting local, organic and conscious solutions. The event was catered by a local mobile coffee business, Hope Coffee which served Woodlands Coffee to the team. Woodlands coffee plant a tree for every case of coffee sold.
